The Pastry Shop is run by Chef Christina Stockett.
Chef Christina is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She has worked for
the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia, Chefs de France in Walt Disney World, St. Regis Hotel,
Westin Resorts, Paris France based Sofitel Hotel Philadelphia.
Christina is certified in viennoise pastries, boulangerie
from Lenotre in Paris, France.
She loves
to bring style and elegance to all of her cakes and pastries while
meeting the needs of her clients.
